There was a valuable historical hall, a former garage for repairing vehicles,
planed to be reused as a theatre and a cultural centre.
The main design decision was to create a necessary extension apart from the historical building and thus keeping access
and a view to the old one unobstructed.
The buildings would be connected underground and the space in-between them was planned to become a lively square abundant in beautiful wild plants.
